- Using RefWorks to reference and cite information correctly to avoid plagiarism and copyright issues
- Individual and group activities and discussions to explore the cultural differences online (i.e. marketplace activities or pechakucha)
- Educating others about the use of technology in online social interactions (i.e. cyber bullying, netiquette)
