In order to be considered for late registration (subject to availability of places) you should follow the procedure below.
1. Send an email to the ULP subject co-ordinator for the language you wish to study.

2. Write in the subject box of the email ‘Late ULP registration request’.
3. In the email, inform the subject co-ordinator that you were unable to attend a registration session, would like to join the course and need to know which stage you should join.
To be considered, your email MUST include the following:
You should do this as soon as possible as spaces in ULP classes are given on a first come, first served basis and the classes have already begun. The subject co-ordinator will assess your language level and send you email confirmation of which stage you should join. (If you wish to study EFL or Business English the subject co-ordinator will also arrange for you to take a test.)
4. When you have received the email from the subject co-ordinator, come to the Language Centre reception desk in DICe or call 0115 848 6156 to check if there are any spaces available in the class.
5. If there are spaces in the class you must print off a hard copy of the email from the subject co-ordinator, then come to the Language Centre and
